How to Buy
Orders can be placed in the DoveDreams online store 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
While browsing the store, you can add products to your shopping cart by clicking the “Add” button.
Once you have finished selecting products, you can select the “Finalize Purchase” option to make the purchase.
In the “delivery location” field, you can choose to collect from the delivery point or have them delivered to an address you specify.
After entering your personal data, you will be asked to confirm them and also confirm your intention to place the order.
Your order will not be accepted and the contract will not be concluded until you receive confirmation by email of DoveDreams’ acceptance of the order.
In the event of the product(s) being unavailable, DoveDreams undertakes to inform the user and reimburse any amounts paid within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days from the date on which it becomes aware of such unavailability.
DoveDreams does not guarantee stock availability for any order that is not paid for, the stock indicated on the items on the website is only changed after payment is confirmed.
