RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
Your satisfaction is our goal, the purpose of DoveDreams as an online sex shop. If the article you received does not meet your expectations (for damage, or any other reason), please access our form.
Upon receipt of the item and the conditions of exchange or return are verified, a credit note or voucher will be issued. The credit note will be made only in the value of the returned items, that is, we will not reimburse the shipping and packaging costs and the collection expenses, if they apply.
Print, fill out and sign the form, joining it in returning your item, up to 14 days in a row, from the moment the order arrived at your home.
Please note the following conditions:
– Returns/changes with indications of removal of the surrounding plastic and/or the seal of guarantee of inviolability (except in case of proven alteration of the article), or the original packaging is damaged, will not be accepted.
– Returns/exchanges of foodstuffs, food supplements, creams, oils, lubricants, DVDs, lingerie, menstrual briefs and other articles of use/intimate hygiene, will not be accepted. – (except article with a manufacturing defect) .
– Always check if it is the product you want and/or ordered, before removing the plastic or the seal of guarantee of inviolability;
– Whenever articles return, please check if they are properly packed in the original packaging, returns with damaged packaging are not accepted;
– The form of shipment is the responsibility of the customer.
– Orders returned to the collection will not be accepted.
– Accompanied by the original invoice.
– DoveDreams will bear the costs of sending the return, only and only, if the return results from our error in the shipment of the items.
Can I cancel or modify an order?
Only if we have not yet shipped the order.
Contact us as soon as possible.
How can I return equipment?
We know that distractions happen, above all we want to ensure the satisfaction of all our customers and this includes avoiding unnecessary expenses by the customer. DoveDreams shall bear the costs of the shipping costs of the return, only and only, if the return results from our error in the shipment of the items. Therefore, before returning the product to us we recommend that you check the following (if applicable):
- You should put new batteries (the ones that were included may have lost the load in the meantime, as they are supplied from the factory )
- Check that the batteries are inserted in the correct position
- If there is a plastic/paper housing inside the battery compartment, it shall NOT be removed
- On some devices the on/off button must be pressed for 3 seconds to start working
- Swelling the battery compartment well because the appliance is waterproof / splashed and has to be tightly closed to work
- The hole where you will insert the charger is protected by a resistant silicone membrane. You must insert the handle firmly so that good contact
- The magnetic poles of the charger must be well “glued” to those of the appliance, so that the charging is done correctly (check that the appliance is in a stable position).
If it does not work, then you should return the product to us.
